Provence-style colour, with fresh nose, delicate with citrus fruits overlaid with red berries. Palate is lively and fresh in the mouth, becoming fuller with fruitiness and pleasing floral overtones. A pleasant pear drop finish.

Vinification:

Grapes are harvested early in the morning when the temperature is cool, the grapes are picked, separated from their stalks, sorted, protected against oxidation and quickly transported to the winery. Skin contact maceration in the press until the desired color is achieved, followed by cold stabilisation. Cold fermentation is then followed by maturation on fine lees.
